Edison Lux [NPE] filed suit against Argent Solutions, alleging that Argent’s DNS redirection services infringe a patent related to sending users to a landing page when they request unrecognized unregistered subdomain names.  Edison Lux filed two prior suits in February 2012 against Integrated Broadband Services and Paxfire.  According to the complaint, Edison Lux is the exclusive licensee of the patent-in-suit, which originated with Web & Net Computing and was assigned to Faraday Mew in July 2011.  3/8, District of Delaware, 1:2012cv00289.
