Mobile Transformation [NPE] filed suit against BabyCenter, alleging that BabyCenter’s website infringes a patent related to displaying data of one type (such as audio) while simultaneously playing advertising data of a second type (such as video).  Mobile Transformation has filed nine prior patent infringement suits since November 2011.  Mobile Transformation is the exclusive licensee of the patent-in-suit, which originated with Adware LI and was assigned to Penobscot Prospect in November 2009.  3/8, District of Delaware, 1:2012cv00290.
