ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon, alleging that the defendants’ tracking systems infringe a patents related to vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits against over 200 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founder and CEO.   3/6, District of Oregon, 3:2012cv00401.
