February 14, 2012- The USPTO recorded the assignment of at least 20 issued US patents related to DSL technology via a merger conveyance between two holding entities (Oversource Co. NY and Plateau Investments, BV) and Intellectual Ventures II executed on February 6, 2012. The patents were acquired by these holding entities from Verizon in August 2011. RPX reviewed the patents as three separate open market opportunities: Verizon, Verizon DSL and Verizon Portability between 2009 and 2011.
