Andrew Katrinecz [INV] and David Byrd [INV] filed suit against Evertek Computer, alleging that Evertek’s flexible keyboards infringe two patents related to illuminated keyboards and keypads.  Katrinecz and Byrd have filed nine prior suits since February 2008.  They are the named inventors on the patents-in-suit, which originated with Twenty-First Century Technology and were assigned to Bryd and Katrinecz in August 2007.  2/1, Western District of Texas, 1:2012cv00103.
