PPS Data [NPE] filed suit against Allscripts Healthcare. PPS Data originally filed suit against Allscripts and five other defendants in March 2011. This case was dismissed for misjoinder and PPS Data has now refiled against each defendant individually. 1/25, Middle District of Florida, 3:2012cv00083.
