PT Diagnostics [NPE] filed suit against Boeing, alleging that Boeing’s preventative airplane maintenance products and services infringe four patents related to analyzing data gathered from the operation of airplanes.  PT Diagnostics has filed seven prior suits since November 2010.  The patents-in-suit originated with PT Holdings and were assigned to PT Diagnostics in September 2010.  1/25, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2012cv00042.
