ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed three separate suits against J & N Logistics, Taca International Airlines, and UpNet Technologies.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits against over 200 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founder and CEO.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to Melvino Technologies in February 2010.  1/23, Southern District of Florida, 1:2012cv20257; 1:2012cv20258; 1:2012cv20259.
