Mobile Transformation [NPE] filed suit against HealthiNation, alleging that the defendant’s website infringes a patent related to displaying data of one type (such as audio) while simultaneously playing advertising data of a second type (such as video).  Mobile Transformation has filed four prior patent infringement suits since November 2011.  The patent-in-suit originated with Adware LI, and was assigned to Penobscot Prospect in November 2009.  The complaint identifies Mobile Transformation as the exclusive licensee of the patent-in-suit.  1/18, District of Delaware, 1:2012cv00053.
