St. Clair Sues LG, Motorola Mobility, and Samsung

St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants [NPE] filed three separate suits against LG, Motorola Mobility, and Samsung, alleging that the defendants’ smartphones and tablets infringe six patents related to power management for electronic devices.  St. Clair has filed over a dozen prior suits since September 2002 against over 80 defendants including Acer, Apple, AT&T, Dell, Google, HP, HTC, Intel, Lenovo, Motorola, Nokia, Olympus, Palm, Panasonic, RIM, Sanyo, and Toshiba.  Henry Fung is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit as well as the President and CEO of Amphus. The patents were assigned to St. Clair in June 2000.  12/30, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv01304; 1:2011cv01305; 1:2011cv01306.
