ArCzar [NPE] filed suit against Navico, alleging that Navico’s sonar fish-finders and GPS chart-plotters infringe three patents related to electro-optic vision systems. This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by ArCzar which, according to the complaint, is the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit. 12/29, Northern District of Oklahoma, 4:2011cv00805.
