Content Extraction and Transmission (CET) [NPE] filed suit against Capsys Technologies, alleging that Capsys’ Capture electronic document system infringes seven patents related to an application program interface that enables users to extract and transmit data.  CET has filed two prior suits since November 2011 against Executive Technologies and Office Gemini.  The patents-in-suit have been assigned to various entities (Millennium L.P., Eon-Net, and Glory Licensing) established by Mitchell Medina, one of the inventors.  Medina has filed more than 120 lawsuits since 1996 through several patent holding entities.  12/23, District of New Jersey, 3:2011cv07502.
