Aeritas [NPE] filed suit against US Airways, alleging that US Airways’ mobile applications infringe two patents related to mobile barcodes. Aeritas had filed four prior suits since October 2011. Malik Mamdani and Curtis Grant are named inventors on the patents-in-suit as well as the CEO and COO of Aeritas. 12/21, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv01267.
