Marie Claire and The Hearst Corporation filed an action for declaratory judgment against Webvention [NPE], seeking declaration that the defendants’ websites do not infringe the ’294 patent, which relates to hover previewing and dynamic searching.  12/16, District of Maryland, 1:2011cv03622.
