Webvention [NPE] filed suit against Adidas, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, Biogen IDEC, Clear Channel, Coach, Coca-Cola, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Deutsche Bank, Dr. Pepper, Harris Corporation, LG, Macy’s. Nisource, Northern Tool & Equipment, Oakley,Valero Energy, Varian Medical, Williams-Sonoma, and Zales. This case is a transfer from the Eastern District of Texas. 12/19, District of Maryland, 1:2011cv03623.
