Sprint Communications filed four separate suits against Cable One, Comcast, Cox, and Time Warner Cable over 12 patents related to broadband telecommunications and voice-over-packet technology.  According to the complaint, Sprint won a $69.5 million judgment against Vonage in 2007 over six of the same patents-in-suit.  12/19, District of Kansas, 2:2011cv02683; 2:2011cv02684; 2:2011cv02685; 2:2011cv02686.
