December 17, 2011- Bloomberg reports that Avaya is said to be close to acquiring videoconferencing technology provider, Radvision, for $300 million. Radvision makes a 3G-324M video gateway called “Scopia“. (RPX’s Dilithium and IAL portfolios are relevant for such products.)
