Groupon and Orbitz were dismissed without prejudice from Pinpoint’s [NPE] August 2011 suit.  Pinpoint refilled two separate suits against both defendants.  The patents-in-suit relate to content personalization for online retailers, and were assigned to Pinpoint in September 2003.  12/12, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv08806; 1:2011cv08807.
