Talon Research [NPE] filed suit against SanDisk.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Talon has filed two prior suits since September 2011 against Hynix and Toshiba over two patents related to audio and video decoders and multiple IC memory chips.  The patents in those cases originated with Irvine Sensors Corporation and Discovision and were assigned to Intellectual Ventures DRAM 1 and Intellectual Ventures DRAM 2 in September 2011.  12/8, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv06172.
