Aprima Medical Software, athenaHEALTH, Compulink Business Systems, eClinical Works, Navinet, and Pulse Systems were dismissed for misjoinder from Medsquire’s [NPE] May 2011 suit.  Medsquire refiled six separate suits against each of these defendants.  The patent-in-suit relates to hierarchical organization of patient information, and was assigned to Medsquire by Spacelabs Healthcare in January 2011.  12/6, Central District of California, 2:2011cv10122; 2:2011cv10124; 2:2011cv10125; 2:2011cv10126; 2:2011cv10127; 2:2011cv10128.
