NPE Sues Ford Motor Company

Marlowe Patent Holdings (MPH) [NPE] filed suit against Ford, alleging that the Ford Sync products infringe a patent related to connecting auxiliary audio sources to vehicle stereos.  MPH filed one prior suit in March 2010 against six electronics companies.  Ira Marlowe is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit and he assigned the patent to MPH in March 2010.  12/2, District of New Jersey, 2:2011cv07044.
