PC Drivers Headquarters filed an action for declaratory judgment against Lodsys [NPE], seeking declaration that its internet computer driver update services do not infringe four patents related to a customer-based product design module. Since February 2011, Lodsys has filed four patent infringement suits, and has been subject to nine prior actions for declaratory judgment.  Daniel H.
