Mobile Transformation [NPE] filed suit against HealthCentral.com and HealthCentral Network, alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to displaying data of one type (such as audio) while simultaneously playing advertising data of a second type (such as video).  Mobile Transformation filed one prior patent infringement suit in November 2011 against CMI Marketing.  The patent-in-suit originated with Adware LI, Inc., and was assigned to Penobscot Prospect LLC in November 2009.  Penobscot is the assignee of record according to the PTO.  The complaint identifies Mobile Transformation as the exclusive licensee of the patent-in-suit.  12/1, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv01184.
