The MoneySuite Company [NPE] filed three separate suits against Allstate, Answer Financial, Esurance, and Insurance Answer Center, alleging that the defendants’ financial products infringe a patent related to a computerized investment and mortgage illustration system.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  These are the first patent infringement suits initiated by The MoneySuite Company.  Ronald Ryan, one of the named inventors on the patent-in-suit, is the CEO of The MoneySuite Company.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to The MoneySuite Company in November 2010.  12/1, Central District of California, 8:2011cv01847; 8:2011cv01848; 8:2011cv01850.
