Technology Licensing Corporation (TLC) [NPE] filed suit against Pelco, alleging that Pelco’s video sync separators infringe two patents related to separating the synchronization of video signals . TLC has filed over 25 suits since 2001, often with co-plaintiff IP Innovation [NPE], against defendants including Apple, Dell, Google, LG, Samsung, and Sony. On its website, TLC claims to own over 60 issued patents and to have generated over $100 million in licensing revenues.
