July 15, 2011-  The Federal Circuit has rejected an appeal brought by mobile banking application provider, MShift, of its patent suit against Intuit Financial Services and a number of banks and credit union.  MShift’s suit was dismissed at the district court level in October 2010 when the judge determined that Intuit’s Digital Insight product offering did not infringe the claims of MShift’s patents.
