Colorado Remediation Technologies (CRM) [NPE] filed suit against Latis Networks, alleging that the defendant’s Network Access Control (NAC) software infringes a patent related to policy-based selection of remediation.  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by CRM.  The patent-in-suit originated with Secure Elements and was assigned to CRM on October 31, 2011 by Whitecell Software.  11/4, District of Colorado, 1:2011cv02878.
