PJC Logistics [NPE] filed six separate suits against ATX, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, and Rolls-Royce, alleging that the defendant’s vehicles infringe a patent related to a vehicle tracking and security system.  PJC Logistics has filed over 15 prior suits since March 2011.
