Scott C. Harris [INV] filed suit against TomTom, alleging that the company’ s GPS devices infringe two patents related to routes generated using statistical and/or time of day information. Harris has filed three prior suits against over ten defendants including Dell, Panasonic, and Sony. 10/27, Southern District of California, 3:2011cv02500.
