Fujitsu filed an action for declaratory judgment against Smart Memory Solutions (SMS) [NPE].  Complaint currently unavailable.  SMS has filed two prior suits against defendants including Freescale, Fujitsu, Micron, Panasonic, Toshiba, and Winbond alleging that defendants’ microcontroller with embedded flash memory infringe a patent related to RAM devices.  According to the USPTO database, SMS owns four patents that were assigned to Acacia Patent Acquisition by Alliance Semiconductor in April 2007.  10/25, Northern District of California, 5:2011cv05212.
