Dr. Hark C. Chan [NPE/INV] filed suit against AT&T over a patent related to digital audio signal compression and targeting mobile devices. Earlier this month, Chan filed suit against Nextel and Sprint Spectrum. 10/21, Western District of Washington, 2:2011cv01766.
