Joao Control and Monitoring Systems [NPE] filed two separate suits against Game Link and GMSC.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  Joao Control and Monitoring has filed three prior suits since 2009 against over 30 defendants, and has been subject to one action for declaratory judgment.  The patents-in-suit were issued to inventor, Raymond Joao, who assigned them to Joao Control and Monitoring Systems in December 2008.  10/20, Central District of California, 2:2011cv08695; 2:2011cv08697.
