Technology Licensing Sues Ross Video

Technology Licensing Corporation (TLC) [NPE] filed suit against Ross Video over three patents related to analog-to-digital video converters. TLC has filed eight prior suits since 2007, often with co-plaintiff IP Innovation [NPE], against defendants including Apple, Google, Mitsubishi, Novell, and Red Hat. One of the patents-in-suit was assigned to Pixel Instruments in 2000, and one of the inventors, Mirko Vojnovic, operates Pixel Instruments. Two of the patents-in-suit were issued to inventor, Carl Cooper, and were assigned to TLC in 2001. 10/17, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv07324.
