Talon Research [NPE] filed suit against Hynix Semiconductor.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Talon Research filed one prior suit in September 2011 against Toshiba over two patents related to audio and video decoders and multiple IC memory chips. The two patents originated with NEC and Discovision. In the Toshiba case, the patents-in-suit were assigned to Intellectual Ventures DRAM 1 and Intellectual Ventures DRAM 2 respectively in September 2011.  10/14, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv05058.
