CSR Technology [NPE] filed suit against Bandspeed over a patent related to RF signal analysis. CSR filed an earlier suit against Bandspeed in April 2011 over three different patents. CSR filed suit against Broadcom in 2010. 10/5, District of Arizona, 2:2011cv01948.
