September 28, 2011 – Marketwire reports that a subsidiary of AT&T will acquire a provider of IP network solutions, Superclick Networks, for $15 million. Superclick provides WiFi Internet access to a number of hotel chains including  Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Four Season Hotels and Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels. Innovatio IP has been actively litigating a portfolio of patents from Broadcom against a number of hotels that provide wireless Internet access.
