ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed two separate suits against Bear River Associates and Magaya over seven patents related to GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits since 2003 against over 200 defendants.
