Salesforce Acquires Web Customer Support Provider

September 26, 2011- Salesforce announced the acquisition of Web customer support provider, Assistly.  Assistly provides live chat and other Web enabled technical support.  RPX recently acquired sublicense rights to a pre-litigation portfolio related to click to call/click to chat support.
