September 22, 2011-  The ITC has insituted an investigation of the TPL suit alleging infingement of four patents related to flash memory. The 18 defendants supply products related to digtal photo frames.  TPL indicated its investments in patent licensing to satisify the domestic industry requirement. Defendants include: Action Electronics, Aiptek, Aluratek, Audiovox, CEIVA Logic, Circus World Displays, Coby Electronics, Curtis, Digital Spectrum, Kodak, Mustek Systems, Nextar, Pandigital, Royal Consumer Information, Sony, Transcend Information, ViewSonic, and Win Accord.
