FotoMedia Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Facebook, Insider Guides, Memory Lane, MySpace, and Tagged over five patents related to photo sharing websites and associated upload services. FotoMedia has filed four prior suits against over 60 defendants including AOL, CNET, Fujifilm, Nokia, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Yahoo. 9/15, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00826.
