Automated Transactions [NPE] filed three separate suits against Centrix Bank & Trust, Cigarette City, and Community Guaranty Savings Bank over 13 patents related to ATMs.  Automated Transactions has filed three prior suits since 2009 against eight defendants.  David Barcelou is the named inventor on all the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Transaction Holdings in 2003.  In the complaints, Automated Transactions is identified as the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit.  9/21, District of New Hampshire, 1:2011cv00449; 1:2011cv00451; 1:2011cv00453.
