Innovatio IP Ventures [NPE] filed suit against Commonwealth Hotels, Hyatt, and Select Hotels Group over 17 patents related to wireless networking systems.  Since March 2011, Innovatio IP has filed five prior suits against over a dozen defendants and has been subject to actions for declaratory judgment from Cisco and Motorola.  Innovatio IP acquired the patents-in-suit from Broadcom in February 2011.  9/2, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv06145.
