Webvention [NPE] filed suit against Campbell Soup, Eveready, Fluor, HDR, HuffingtonPost.com, IKEA, J. Crew, Las Vegas Sands, Mattel, National Oilwell Varco, Nissan, Saks, Toyota, Unilever, Weatherford, Worthington Industries, and YRC.  Webvention claims to have licensed the patent-in-suit to almost 300 companies on its website.  Webvention has also filed suit against over 80 defendants and been named in more than 25 separate declaratory judgment actions since September, 2010.   9/1, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00383.
