Wi-LAN [NPE] filed suit against Alcatel-Lucent, Apple, Dell, HP, HTC, Kyocera, Novatel, and Sierra Wireless over a patent related to wireless communication. The accused products are include those compliant with the CDMA2000, HSPA, IEEE 802.11, and/or LTE standards in the US. 9/1, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00453.
