Salesforce’s App Development Platform Targeted by New NPE

New NPE Applications in Internet Time (AIT) filed its first lawsuit against Salesforce, asserting two patents related to dynamic generation of applications with multiple functions and/or user interface elements (7,356,482; 8,484,111). The complaint accuses Salesforce’s application development platform, Force.com, of infringing the asserted patents.
