Bank of America is the latest defendant in Wolf Run Hollow’s litigation campaign. The entity, a subsidiary of Vertigo Holdings, has been targeting financial institutions in 2009. The campaign asserts a single patent related to facilitating transmission of a secure message (6,115,817) and Wolf Run is accusing Bank of America’s secure online banking and secure online messaging tools of infringing the patent-in-suit.
