New NPE QualiQode launched an enforcement campaign against nine vendors of business process modeling software including Appian, Avolution, Bosch Software, Casewise, Fujitsu,  Informatica, Intalio, KANA Software, No Magic, and SAP.  The four patents-in-suit relate to software for creating workflows (5630069, 5734837, 6058413, 6073109) and originated with Action Technologies. RPX reviewed the patents on the open market in 2011 (Action Tech).  The patents were subsequently acquired by an operating company, Guidewire Software, and asserted against Accenture. Upon conclusion of that litigation in November 2011, the patents were re-assigned to Action Technologies and were marketed for sale a second time in January 2012. Action assigned the patents to Worqflow in November 2012. Hazim Ansari was the correspondent on the assignment.  In March 2o13, Worqflow sued Invensys. That case was dismissed with prejudice in July. Worqflow filed a second suit, against DST Systems in October 2013. The case was dismissed in December 2013.
