IpVenture [NPE] filed suit against Fujitsu and Lenovo over two patents related to thermal and power management for computer systems.  Laptop computers are the alleged infringing products. This is IpVenture’s fourth patent suit filed since 2003, however, this is the first time the two patents-in-suit have been litigated.  7/5, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00588.
