WiLAN released financial results for the second quarter of 2014, reporting revenue of $25.7M, up from $19.9M in the same period last year. The increase in revenue is primarily attributed to timing of fixed payments related to license agreements signed during 2013 and the six months ended June 30, 2014. Three licensees individually accounted for 12% ($3.1M), 12% ($3.1M), and 10% ($2.6M) of revenue in Q2, and the top ten licensees accounted for 74% compared to 85% of revenue in Q2 2013.
