New NPE Sues Sony and Zynga over Gaming Patent Acquired from ICAP

Wildcat Intellectual Property Holdings [NPE] filed suit against Sony, Zynga, Electronic Arts and eight other gaming companies over a patent related to an electronic trading card.  The patent was offered for sale in the ICAP Ocean Tomo Spring 2011 auction and was sold post-auction.  This is the first suit filed by Wildcat.  7/1, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00305.
